Black Ridge started in 2019 with a simple idea: turn drawings into real spaces that families and businesses are proud to use. Owner Victor Sanchez built this company around a genuine passion for construction, specifically the process of taking a plan on paper and watching it become something you can walk through, live in, and call your own. That drive shapes every project we take on.

We are a family-owned LLC serving Utah County and the greater Salt Lake area. Our roots are local, and we work alongside homeowners and property managers who want a contractor they can actually reach and trust. From Lehi to Draper, Eagle Mountain to Salt Lake, we show up on time and get the work done.
